I'm not sure Paph armeniacum has ever been found in Vietnam, usually listed just in Yunnan Province, perhaps into Myanmar. This flower would be small for that species, with proportionally large staminode and small pouch. Perhaps an under-developed bud opened by hand? (a premie as troy suggests) Still, I don't think there is any other described species it could be.Is there a picture of the whole plant available?
