Dot - Just curious - what type of medium are you growing this one in? I grow mine in S/H. For the non-mottled leaf types this has worked really well. For the mottled leaf types I have had very limited success.

I tried S/H with my Paphs, with almost disastrous results. I make up a mix of medium size diatomite and CHC with a little sponge rock thrown in. It seems to work pretty well for me.
