I received this today! A compot with 3 plants, 2 in bloom.

LOL I was going to bid on that one...but when I asked the seller whether it was a compot or a 3 growth plant I got what I thought was a strange answer...

"There are 3 orchids could be a keiki or 2 under the leafs i don't have the plant here to look but most of the time they do. you need to break them apart if you want 3 potted individual, that is the best thing to do they will keiki and make more. we had many like this we have repotted the others in 5' pots we start them with 2 plants in a pot keiki paste them and they turn into 4 in a pot we don't sell them until all are fully mature takes about 4 to 5 years to get the keikis fully mature this size that are in auction then we do the process again. We never send to a lab it does take a lot of patience.. hope that answered your question..

so I did not bid on it....sort of confused me as to whether it was a compot as listed or just a 3 growth plant

That's a nice flowering (and more buds to bloom as well). I don't know how you'd separate them now, slowly I'd guess. I would love to have something like that in my collection someday.
