It's in bloom again. I love it's color and shape. Quality of flower is the same as the last time it bloomed. It's already a 13-growth plant so hopefully more blooms next time. Sorry about the deads leaves. Enjoy!

Nothing wrong with dead leaves...its only natural. Great flower.
As part of my preventive measures, I leave discarded leaves on the plant until they're naturally sealed off by the plant before removing. I think it helps to avoid rot issues.

Too true! I try and convince new growers at our society to not try and rip 'dead leaves off, but to rather let them loosen on their own before they try to remove them, for exactly that reason.

Nice proportion from plant to flower. It appears to be a quite tiny plant. Could you give us a leaf span?

I think the largest growth has a leaf span of 7 inches. Ill double check later. The old growths were much bigger but since i put it in stronger lighting the new ones had become smaller. A bit too pale though so i might move back to a bit more shade. I think the stronger lighting helped produce numerous growth and a better flower. Or maybe the plant is getting more mature.
