Always a favorite of mine; the previous flower (2nd pic)was a bit larger and better formed, but this is blooming a little leater in the year so that may account for that.. I just wish it would bloom more often than every second year.

Nice emersonii, Very nice. Most of mine, if they bloom at all, are all floppy and look at the floor. Where did you get that one? :poke:

nice! I have one that has been alive for a decent number of years and has finally moved from 1 growth to 1.5 growths. still alive but looking a little spotty, need to repot and all

Gorgeous! But bloom more than every 2nd year? I'd be happy if it survived a blooming! I find emersonii easy to bloom.....but after blooming, it just sits there...and dies a year later!

a bit of Crushed oyster on top, spray often but not over water. hope that help
