A very old and hard to find complex. I got it a few years ago as a single growth. Both spikes have a second bud and there is a third growth in sheath.

Do you think that McLaren had this in mind when he made the cross close to 70 years ago?
Stiil today a very nice flower.

Always cool to see these "antique" types. Great job growing it from 1 division!

Very nice!
I've noticed that the foliage on your plants is always perfect

Thanks everyone.

John M....don't forget that you have your name in the pot on this one. I'll repot it when it is done blooming....maybe a bit will fall off. :D

It is quite a beautiful thing to see and very calming (soothing) to the eye. What sort of light level you are giving this paph Wendy?

Thanks everyone.

Oh, I didn't forget. 'Just didn't know when you were planning on repotting. Thanks! If the growths are too tight and none are "falling Off", don't force it. I can wait until the next repotting.

It gets fairly high light as it is up on the top shelf but it is closest to the Metal Halide light so it gets more of the blue/green spectrum than the red/yellow of the High Pressure Sodium.
