Paph. hangianum hybrids on ebay?

Has anyone purchased the hangianum hybrids off ebay yet? I'm wondering if they can be taken away by the authorities at some point?

There is a Liberty Taiwan up fon ebay now, has anyone ever seen what the flower looks like?

i've seen them too and, well, kinda wondered the same.
i'm not going to think of them as safe until i get them from a vendor i know and trust and he/she tells me they're legal.
but that's just me...
i dunno if the feds can show up or not, though.

Here I am, not wanting to buy anymore orchid so I can take good care of what I already have.
Is anybody here bidding? I don't want to step on another forum member's toes. But if nobody is interested in it, I may think about giving it a try .

They are not legal...and you would be buying them publicly. On the other hand, if the feds are monitoring ebay, than the seller would be the main offender....however, the buyer would be an accessory, and should an investigation occur, the plants could be confiscated...and at worst, the buyer could be charged...I think. Face it....CITES or not, these plants are in the US...both species and hybrids, and most are probably from the same German and Taiwanese labs churning out loads of other, "legal", paphs...if you can find them, good for you...but the internet is too public a place to comfortably purchase these plants. Paph hangianum, eBay?! I think the In-Charm catalog has a photo. Also someone here posted a link to paph hybrid foto site but it's on my computer at work so I can't link it.

I did find hangianum flasks Wholesale 10 plants each $69.00 from chinesegreen, min order $400.00, he has 12 different species Paphs. & others listed.
