Paph leucochilum

Here are two of my leucochilum. The larger one has been in my collection for years. The smaller one is a first time bloomer from Orchid Inn. I believe it's 'Purple Mane' x 'Butternut Squash' The flower seems to have gotten stuck while opening. We had a heat wave a couple of weeks ago, and my orchid room was hot and dry while the flower was opening. Hopefully it will open more fully next time.

sadly not this time. they have been "stuck" for almost 3 weeks.

Darlene, both are lovely ..... and that's the most important thing, after we saw few ' pseudo leucos' here in the past, they are obviously true leucos.

This is the true ‘wild’ form shape and proper coloration (esp the white lip) as nature intended … well done to bloom them.
