We've had a number of these posted here lately but I'm throwing mine in the ring anyway. Two spikes, one bi-floral, second bud still hidden. Larger (rear) flower measures DS 27x42mm, Petals 40x51mm, Pouch 35x50mm on a 27.5cm stem. NS is 100mm.

I have a number of nice divisions of this if anyone is interested, most in bud.

How long have you had this to make multiple divisions of it?
My Magic Lantern that just flowered earlier this year is now pushing three new shoots, which is very exciting! :)

You also have a big clump of delenatii, right?

I can't rightly remember how long I've had this, I'd have to go back through some of my bloom notes to find out. It looks as if I've got nine pots of this, ranging from 1 to five or six growth, all from one initial plant.

Yes, actually two good size clumps, again both from my initial single growth plant. I'm also seeing about eight spikes initiating on my largest concolor.

Wow, beautiful flowers and vigorous to boot. I would be interested in a division or two depending on price.

How do you get them to flower? I've tried a dormant period, repotting, and continual watering. No buds from a previously flowering plant.

I'm basically a windowsill grower (baker style racks at south-west facing windows, not a great exposure but the only good windows in my condo). Obviously I have to provide afternoon shade but I'm sure they get a lot more light than normally recommended for Paphs. 58deg. winter nights, evenly moist to slightly dry.

I've read other posts that say they also have problems blooming ML, might just depend on the genetics. Mine is very prolific and easy to bloom, six of the divisions are in bloom or bud right now and probably 60 percent of the spikes are bi-floral.

Good luck!

Would love to see that!
Please post that one, too!
Inspiring! :)

Yes, please!

I love seeing low sheath (or spike or whatever it's called properly) and in bud state just as much as open blooms.
There is just something about them. :)

I need to get a division (that flowers) from you.
