This is probably better suited for the paph culture section then here but I feel the need to post it.I find parishii to be one of multis that is prone to rot. I would use large charcoal as well but haven't found any in bulk size.This 5 inch net is dropped into a standard tall 6 inch pot as seen here.[ATTACH=full]38823[/ATTACH]I'm sure one could still over water and in up with rot. That issue has been minimalize so far for me.
