After a few years of growing, it finally bloomed! I am satisfied with the result!
 
Beautiful; although, I would like to see a photo that shows the staminode. This angle makes it difficult to see the form of the flower.

Also, I believe that this is Paph. William Ambler, not Susan Booth. Of course, there are a LOT of William Amblers out there mislabelled at Susan Booth because wilhelminiae used to be considered a variety of glanduliferum, not a separate species.

I totally agree with John. Link are the parents listed on your tag? Beautiful flowers in a W. Ambler kind of mood!

To be honest I think this plant looks much closer to yours Rick than my William Ambler. To me William Ambler is a lot darker. I think this has used a dark form of praestans rather than wilhelminiae.

That or a very light wilhelminiae David!:poke: Knowing the variability of that group that's why I ask if Link had the parents. Maybe he will respond soon.
