Paph. Tongariro River #1

I have to admit the name caught my attention & I checked out the background (Hama Chilwin x Kilvana). I'm a sucker for red/purplish complexes, I thought the odds were good I would like it. The ebay seller had 3 available so I took them all, this is the first to bloom. New Zealand is host to the Tongariro River, which is considered one of the best trout fishing rivers in the world!

update

doesn't look like it flattened much with more time, but shot it on a light background, I think I like this one better.
