I have flowered this one a few times previously (four times going by the old stems) and the flowers have generally been terrible. The flowers have always been chunky but they would never open up properly. The dorsal was always really hooded. I'm not sure what I have done differently this time, but the flower has displayed really nice. I'm glad I never got rid of it.

Very nice! What is the cross?

I don't really know. I bought it as a seedling for $5 off a local society member who had given up on growing Paphs. On the label it said "wardii x self" which is a bit meaningless. I think it came from K&H Orchids in Brisbane.

Is it really that golden(yellow)?

It is difficult to comment as I can't see what you are seeing. But the base colour is green rather than yellow. The colour in my photo is pretty accurate so maybe this is a browser issue which I can't control. But no, it certainly isn't a golden yellow in real life.
