The cross is Paph (Adilene Bobadilla x Skip Bartlett 'White Pepper' HCC/AOS). Like many Skip bartlett progeny, the growth habit can vary. This plant is fairly compact with a leaf span of 12 inches from tip to tip.

The flower just opened. I think that the color will continue to fade toward white.
