It is a nice wilhelminae (formerly glanduliferum v. gardinerii)
Could you meassure the leaf span and longest leaf length please. We are having discussion about this and the glanduliferum. Thanks
 
Very nice... :D I want one too! wilhelminiae is supposed to have a short-leaf clumping habit with short rhizomes between growths right?

Very short. Instead of new growths coming out of basal leaf axial, they come out from the base of the plant. So it really doesn't seem like rhizomes (especially compared to Mexipedium).
