Beautiful!
Looks kind of like my Norito Hasegawa.

How do you grow it and what's your experience with this species like??
I just got two of this. :)

This is the first flowering. Apparently, as micranthum, this species needs a cold period to bloom : ( photo is micranthum )

Nice! I wonder if the hairy armpits has something to do with the size of the pollenator? Or maybe because the pollen is so dry the hairs makes the pollenator stuggle to get out hence a better chance the pollen will stick.

Thanks for the plant shot! Nice petit plant and it looks like it's growing a new fan right next to the mother instead of throwing long runners. That's neat!
Those leaves are very pretty, too!
They look like micranthum.
One of mine looks like that. Small plant with micranthum like pattern. I can only tell apart by touching the leaf edge.
The other of mine looks nothing like this. Much longer leaves with a lot more silver with highly irregular markings like some brachy leaves.

So how cold do you keep this now?
I know some people bloom this at around 68F but they do need that cold period to do well.
I'm curious to see how mine ( this and micranthum) will fare.

13 °C at night in the winter and a few degrees over the day.
