Thanks for posting!! On this plant could you see active growing roots, the white root tips?

Lance means the plants with white and green stripes behind the emersonii .
One plant at the upper left corner of the photo and one plant at the upper right corner of the photo .

but it is more precise.
I knew it right away what you are talking about when you specified the direction as 11 O'clock.
Don't forget you communicate with peoples from different parts of the world, from different cultures, who do not use the american terms . Although the term is visual , until a person uses it a first time, he/she may not know what you are talking about .
"At 11" does not mean direction , when a person translates "at 11" to another language it does not imply direction right away .

Excellent...Thanks for sharing the results of your time and money?

What is the variegated leaf plant at 11:00?

May be in nature, there are a lot of plants look like each others .
This plant reminds me of the plants in Hengduan biotechnology brochure , page 16 . Neolepisorus ovatus f. variegatus

I have an orchid friend in Kuching who grows outside in a
lean to and on trees. His plants generally look awful...chewed, discolored and often appear fungus plagued...but they always bloom beautifully and profusely. This emersonii seems to have its own strategy
for survival as well. Thank you for your time and energy

Thank you, cxcanh, for sharing your photos and experience with us. I'm sure we all appreciate the cost you must incur in order to get these in situ images.
