I'm glad to hear this from you as a taxonomist. I've been always skeptical about the state of P. hermanii as a natural hybrid how it is claimed by some leading taxonomists. In my eyes it's been always a distinct species.
Not to forget your plant and especially the photos are extraordinary.

Olaf, I think you were getting a bit too excited when you posted these photos. The third one down, the view of the back of the flower, is a photo of your gratrixianum (Vietnam), not the herrmannii.

Shall I say that it was a test, but I was only in hurry and named the files uncorrectly.
