Volume 2 was spoken for.
The next one on the block is Volume 3 in the series . 184 pages for 75 dollar (shipping included if in the US).
I bought it recently, so it is in good & crisp shape.
Out of print also, seems nobody carries it anymore.
So if anyone out there who is still looking for this volume 3 to complete his/her collection, do let me know.
