A friend found them in bloom in our area just now.
Found, as in the wild? Any in situ pics and of surrounding areas? Be great to see how they grow in nature!

Leslie, these photos were made from 1 collected plant at home with a good camera. I ask if there are photos from his mobile.
What I found out:
-400-500m elevation in ChiangDao area
-1 spot with many plants without shade
-plants growing terrestrial

Outstanding pulcher. The color is splendid. I've never seen one with
that color intensity...WOW!

I'd guess it's growing in debris on a limestone ledge.
