very nice.. seems to be very influenced by the klotzscheanum parent (after looking at brasphrag post on that species)..
Is warszewiczii popowii or wallisii.. and does warszew or warscew mean anything in a certain language or is it someone.. cause those name are getting very confusing,... grr ..lol
Sometimes, the difference in names is nothing more than bad or different spellings of the original name. In the case of wallisii, it's now considered a synonym of warszewiczianum, wich, according to the RHS, should be named Phrag. lindenii subsp wallisii, while popowii is a synonym of warszewiczii, wich is also said to be a synonym...
Now, I'm confused as well.:sob:
You are right Jean-Pierre, but it still mentions it as a synonym. But the RHS is not very helpful sometimes. If you type popowii, it tells you it's a natural hybrid and a synonym, never referring to the right name. If you type humboltii, you get «humboldtii subsp. humboltii» without any synonym. How am I to know if the RHS doesn't link the wrong name with the right one? Thanks for clearing that up!![]()
..as you can see in my last registration, the synonym is still warszewiczii.
Georges Convert = Phrag. Deliverance x Phrag. humboldtii [warszewiczii]
OMG! :viking: Time to send a bat-massage to the RHS.
