Phrag. besseae var. flavum

I picked up this little gem at our society meeting yesterday.

Jumping in but I have one in my front room which is soon to be in flower. The first bud is opening now but I can see that it is slightly deformed but it is the first bloom from the plant so I am not too concerned as the following buds look to be fine. It cost me £30 for a 1 inch spike so I guess that would be about $55 or something over there. I have had it for about two months and I can't wait for the bud to finally open!!

Very close -- it was listed at $60 but I got a little discount because I bought a bunch (well 5) of Phrags, some were more pricey than others.
