Hi Tom,
I’m not sure (yet) about the first one, but I’ve inquired (I’ll forego the long story).
The second one is from a flask I got from Chuck Acker and is Phrag. besseae ‘Firehouse’ x “Cow Hollow II’ FCC/AOS. Both are first blooms and I am, of course, hoping they continue to improve as the plants mature.
Most of my Phrags. are young plants. I have grown most of them from flask because Phrags. are rarely available locally (another long story) and bringing more mature orchids in to Hawaii is (as you know) is a bureaucratic nightmare, particularly for a hobbyist like me.

Thanks Kate. Unfortunately, It's why we don't ship to Hawaii anymore. It _is_ a bureaucratic mess when it comes to importing orchids.
