I know, it's pretty easy to grow good roots on phrags. This one I was really impressed with though. It's grown S/H and really seems to like it. Hard to even see any medium.

How would you go about potting that up? As its S/H media, could you leave the rootball alone and just fill in media around it in a bigger pot, or is it important to disturb the ball and cut out dead roots?

Normally you could move it to a bigger pot and not disturb the roots. I to wanted to divide it (to reduce the size a little). That was no fun. I ended up cutting it in two and just trying to pull the roots apart. There were no dead roots that I could see. That is a little unusual.
