Probably my best d'alessandroi blooming for it's second time. It has improved over last years blooming.

I was under the impression these plants were large.

It is pretty compact and clumpy. But this is only it's second blooming so it may get a little bigger but all the new growths are about the same size. Of course, it being grown in the deep south may be making it stay a smaller plant.

Is it so very orange red
in person?

It is and it gets more orange as it ages.

nice,does it branch?

I cut the spike on its first blooming after seeing a couple flowers so not sure. However the lowest bracht on the spike does have a little growth bud but it hasn't started growing yet.
