It is a little small. But it doesn't bother me because all the segments are fairly slender.

Also, looking at other photos from years past, the pouch isn't usually this small. I almost lost this plant -- it's still recovering, which may also explain the pouch size on this blooming. It will be interesting to see what the next flower will look like.
