In the first picture I posted, the flower had not had time yet to develop fully. So I decided to post it again with longer petals.:)

Michel- seems you have many blomming now.
Did you get any bud blast, when the plants went from house to greenhouse?
Thanks.

Is this high ISO?

No blast! But I had a big bud of Phrag. Suzanne Decker developping when I went to hospital. Totally forgot about it when I got back and by the time I raised my head to take a look, half the flower had faded out. There's a new bud about to open. I won't miss this one.

Very nice... I love this species from southern Venezuela... It's a pity it is not common in the market...

I love this! It reminds me of the 1960s-70s. Not that I remember.

In what ways?

For me the 1960s abd 70s were characterized by lack of money, no steady job, borrowing money for university, listening to excruciatingly boring professors who could hardly speak english (in Toronto). I had no plant of any kind and never, ever thought that orchids would one day be a passion among many others. One good remembrance though, I was in the 60 - 70 pounds lighter. :rollhappy:
