That is cute as a button but not as I would expect it to look. Les Landes is Hanne Popow x Grande. I don't really see any Grande influence.

But, Les Landes is not schlimii x Grande, it's Hanne Popow x Grande. So, if the Grande pollen didn't fertilize the ovary; but, the seeds produced were the result of a selfing, the seedlings would be Hanne Popow. However, an F2 generation primary hybrid will have a lot of variation. Some of the offspring will tend towards one of the background species (in this case: schlimii) and some will tend towards the other background species (in this case: besseae). The pictured flower looks just like a Hanne Popow with strong schlimii characteristics.....which is one extreme of what you should expect from a selfing of an F1 Hanne Popow. If this is the result of a Hanne Popow selfing, then, some of it's siblings will look more like besseae...and then there will be everything in between too.

One thing is for sure, neither caudatum nor longifolium is a grandparent of this flower. Have a look at Chuck Acker's Les Landes http://www.phragweb.info/phragmipedium/hybrids/infrageneric/photos/display_infhybrid_photo_phrag.asp?photo_id=464&phrag_id=171&phrag_name=Les+Landes&photo=True&detail=False

I can believe this is schlimii x Hanne Popow, but I cannot see Grande in it. It looks nothing like Chuck Acker's Les Landes.

I'm agreeing with you John,
When I first flowering this cross, I did post it on this forum. At first I was wondering if it was not a selfing also, because Hanne Popow was the pod parent. But plants characteristics and flowers were much bigger than any Hanne Popow I’ve seen yet and much bigger than the one I did use in this cross. And heavely rose scented than you can smell it at more than 6 feets from it.
I thought it was due to the first flowerings, which’s often don’t show the full potential of the plant. I was wondering if the second flowering will be improved in petals length.
But unfortunately not!
I do believe now it is a Hanne Popow self pollinated too, even if I’m always taking off the pollen from the pod flowers, prior to do any pollinisation.
And I did told Raymond about all this when he got the plant at my place for the fragrant flowers.
