This was a gift from Jean-Pierre in the spring ,second time flowering. There is more yellow in the petals but picture did not capture it.

Hmmm....maybe the Hanne Popow was the seed parent and the flower was accidentally selfed instead of receiving the Grande pollen. ??????

Hanne Popow was the seed parent,this flower is alot larger than the seed parent. Here is a picture of it and Hanne Popow,Hanne Popow on left

Sure looks like 2 Hanne Popows to me. I don't see any evidence of Grande at all. Russell, have you checked out the Les Landes photo on Phragweb? That flower and this flower just don't compare.

I know I saw it. I wodered when it first flowered,Icould not see any Grande in it. If it is a selfing it is one nice big flower

I also bought a plant of Jean-Pierre, who had to be phrag Les Landes and I had a flower that looks like this flower. Jean-Pierre I confirm that he had a aotofecondation for this pod. It removes what is not good for Hanna Popow
