I LOVE this cross (Phrag. popowii {previously warscewiczianum} x Phrag. ecuadorense). An easy grower and easy bloomer.

spectacular, thanks
My guess is that the spotting comes from the ecuadorense. To me, spotting like that is one of the defining features of ecuadorense.Seriously nice John. The spotting on inside section of the pouch, is that coming from the ecuadorense or combination of the two?
That would be a nice cross! Good luck with the tetzlafianum holding the capsule!I am planing to do this but with Phrag tetzlaffianum.....I have some popowii pollen in the fridge and seems tetzlaf...is starting spikeing...hope so....
Orchids Limited!Wow - love it. I want one now.
Yes. This clone has particularly wide leaves for the cross. Some have leaves that are more narrow.Do some have the ecaudorense type foliage?
