Phrag schlimii - Old botanical illustration from Pescatorea (1860)

Hi All,

I was poking around some old orchid publications and found this old illustration of Phrag. schlimii. I thought it was interesting that the illustrator took some liberties with the number of flowers open at once.

Thanks for posting that. Interesting how it exaggerates..! I doubt anyone has ever seen a single schlimii spike with 7 blooms..!
