It is manzurii albiflorum x schlimii, made by David Manzur. Nice and big flower, strongly scented.

The few manzurii I have seen in the U.S. look more like this hybrid than the true species phrag manzurii. Very nice hybrid though.
 
There is an entry and picture of a described xcolombianum in Olaf gruss' newest book (amazing picture)

But that doesn't mean that there was more than that one flower in existence :)
 
Intermediate members between manzurii and schlimii are frequent... i would say that very frequent. The fact is that both species do not share habitat... so my guess is that the intermediate members are not natural hybrids but evolutive intermediates with a common origin. Hard to prove, I guess...
