The oldest JF I grow. Not the best flower but I like it a lot.

Okay; so, the awarded JF's have wider petals. But, this flower is exceptionally beautiful! It's got good stance, excellent colour and very good overall form. Maybe one day it'll present wider petals; but, if it never does, it's still one I'd keep, for sure! Lovely!

Thank you everybody. Shiva, this is the plant I bought from you 2 years ago.

Thank you John. Yes, maybe one day is will be even better. The first 2 blooms I saw on this plant were not has good has this one (sepal was distoted), but they were very nice. The 3rd was better. And this one is even better.

The real color is trully stunning. It is not my best pic of a red flower.;)

Another bud is coming. Maybe it will be able to carry 2 blooms on the same stem??????

I really don't care if the petals are not wide enough for judging. It has its own character, charm and beauty. I have another piece of this one and I nearly lost it during a heat wave in 2010. Now it's growing well again but it will probably take two or three years before I see another flower.
