I water mine every morning with pure water. I feed it every ten days on average.
 
Such a nice little flower. To bad it is so rare in the states. I heard these grow well in running water. I don't have any experience with them.
 
Yes, it stands every time in water, every other day I flush with water. The potting material is sand and small acidic aquarium gravel and I use organic fertilizer only once a year. This one cames from Pacaraimo montains in the State of Roraima. Stay in almost full sun in the morning. It has branched stolons and will give 3 spikes this year.
