I have used the RHS site a lot but it never sunk in that sometimes the diacritical marks were used in the registration!

Now I understand why Cattleya Jose Marti always failed for me. The "e" on Jose needed the diacritical mark as in é. Not the easiest thing to do on our keyboards for most of us.

On my iPad right now I can't find an umlaut just randomly trying key combinations, although I found what I needed for the é. I could do it easier on my full iMac desktop machine.

If you use the web site BlueNanta, which pulls from RHS, you don't need the diacritical marks - Wossen pulled up fine, although they did display the umlaut.

I had never heard of this BlueNanta site before! I just had a look at it and what a nice finding! Thank you Terryros!
