Is it possible one parent was an alba? Never seen one this light and so green:

 That's nice! One would think it's got an alba parent! .....
or the dreaded it's not Fanaticum, so what is it? :(

Pretty bloom.:) That is really different!

I think something might be wrong with the label, though I could be wrong. The diamond shape of the staminode suggests armeniacum is in it. Could it be Paph Fanaticum x armeniacum?

Fren could be on to something here - Fanaticums I've seen have a smaller, more rounded staminode. It does look like it has armeniacum influence.

It is gorgeous though, whatever it is!

If it is Fanaticum x armeniacum, wouldn't it be more golden yellow in color? (as in the case of most armeniacum hybrids)

perhaps it's Armeni-White or Fumi's Delight crossed with malipoense? (Just throwing wild guesses around)

Regardless, it's a very nice flower. I like the pale color! Very different and refreshing :)

My Fanaticum is also very light, but not green. It's from Sam (Orchid Inn). It's in bud now -- this photo is from two year ago: the bud blasted last year.

Tom, I don't think yours is Fanaticum.
