anyone have experience with these...a friend of mine (who lives alone) is getting water bills higher than my house water bill (and there 4 people who live here plus orchids). we looked at the math for the billing and it checks out. we looked at the analog meter and it seems to be counting correctly. we are looking at the transmitted data form the analog to the router but they may take a few days to have enough data to see if the difference in usage matches (the transmitter and analog meters didnt start at the same number). Is it possible that somehow the transmitted data is overcompensating, saying the usage is higher than it should be? Of course no applicable party wants to shed any light on this (landlord who is also the billing party or the plumber)
I tried looking online but cant find any information..I talked to a submetering company and they said the transmitted data and analog meter should have the same difference in counting gallons used
