Nicely done Mike. Looks like you have it in a net pot/basket, yes? So did you keep on the dry side all winter?

Very nice. I noticed the basket, too. Switching to a basket is how I finally got my clone 'Dana' to finally do well and begin to clump. This species likes to grow like a Cattleya with complete drying in-between each watering.

Yep plastic basket with bark charcoal chc and a little fern fibre.
I think it needs more water than a Cattleya (at least my Cattleyas) when growing but I keep it almost completely dry over winter. This year it got down to 1C twice and 0C once. Average was about 5C over night and 14 during the day. Just a little splash of water once every couple of weeks. However our winters are very humid so you might need a bit more if your humidity is low in winter?
