Well I finally made it to Vietnam!

And today we visited the gentleman whom the Paphiopedilum canhii was named after, Mr Chu Xuan Canh himself! Thank you for his kind hospitality!

We saw huge multigrowth emersoniis and hangianums in his ‘secret’ mix! If enough people ask, Mr. Canh may come in and reply!

Thanks a lot, Leslie for the video and the insight of the huge growing area of Mr. Chu Xuan Canh. I see a lot of healthy and well grown plants though they don't look as clean as the plants of us indoor or greenhouse grower....obviously this doesn't matter anything.

Most welcome everyone! I enjoyed that visit and wanted to share my joy with you all. Mr Canh is an incredible man who strives to protect his local orchids. Please help him with donations to continue his work. Maybe start crowd funding??
