Wade Hollenbach usually has some Lehua maudiae types on hand, and he did when I just checked. You could probably send him an email and check, since many of the ones he has have bloomed. I got a nearly white one from him a few years ago but got rid of it since it wasn't really my thing. Wadesorchids.com.
