It's a nice wardii and the foliage is spectacular! Do you mean tips about your photography? If so, I'd say to try and get the whole plant in the frame next time and use just natural light, no flash. There seems to be a copper coloured wash over the whole photo, which I suspect came from an artificial light source. Natural light, give the best colour results by far, IMHO. 'Hope this helps.

LOL! When that happens to me, I just use the clone tool in my photo editing program to remove a mark like that. That clone tool does save a lot of otherwise good photos! I often use a white lid from a plastic pail of slug bait, placed next to a flower to "trick" the light meter on my camera and make it think that there's more light than there really is.......so, it will automatically darken the photo a bit, thus not overexposing the flowers. However, then I have a big, white plastic lid in my photo, right next to the flower. I use the clone tool to clone some of the black background from elsewhere in the photo to hide the lid. Works like a charm!

I didnt even think about that for the pot.
I had a lovely green wire that I forgot to take out that was running up the stem I had to make disappear.

What camera are you using?

attempt 2.I wasnt wearing my glasses so I may have went overboard with the photoshop lol!

Oh wow! Definitely an improvement on the colour. My camera has recently died and for the past few weeks, I've used a crappy little 2 megapixel Nikon. However, the camera that I used from December 2004 up to about 2 months ago, was a Kodak EasyShare DX 4331 - 3.1 megapixel. 'Nothing fancy; but, it took good photos and if I took a lot, with the exposure setting in a lot of different places, there was bound to be a good one. Plus, once I edited the photos, adjusted the colour if needed, adjusted the brightness if needed, did whatever cloning if needed and adjusted the sharpness, I could turn out a pretty good image with just that little point and shoot camera.

I just got rid of my little fuji 7 megapixel point and shoot, and got the canon t2di.I figure it will take some getting used to the new camera. Then opefully when I do, I wont be doing as much correction as I used to do with the cameras before this one.
