I got this plant only few roots from Jason Fiscer half year ago. Plant did look very healthy otherwise, it was probably a " via leaf feeded" plant ( similar to Sam Tsui). I begun feed it with very low cc K-lite, results can be seen on pics. Pot is full of roots, no more place, roots begin to grow from crowded pot everywhere. As Hamlet would ask: "To repot or not to repot????" But I hold not a skull in my hand, only a pot full of roots.

Sorry that the plant is "suffering" so.

I would move it to a bigger pot.

Okay, thanks, I accept it, I thought so, just this plant is more faster than I expected. This plant had only 4-5 pieces, 3-6 cm long roots only 6 months ago and I can just hardly stand it into put. And now....

Looks like a Phrag. to me, and happy doing what it's doing. I wouldn't disturb it until next spring (Mar.-April) , at which time you can move it to a larger pot. Just make sure you keep it from drying out, which is something that can happen when a plant is root-bound. Good growing!
