    What I have so far

Your dianthum looks like the whole group on dianthum I bought last year. Very thick leaves. Perhaps that's just the way they are! I hadn't ever had one before.

Robert, I look forward to seeing the new hybrids! I'm crossing some small stuff, too, but don't have photos of every parent to post yet.

    Don't hurt your plant's feelings

OK, OK, so I flout convention and leave KCSM on 24/7. Jazz. I know that plants like it because they just won't stop growing and blooming, but I know that they didn't like at first. They wanted their Vivaldi and Mozart back! I'm selfish. I love jazz...

    Some things in bloom

The C.loddigesii is beautiful, the L.dayana's lip is superb, and the B. medusae reminds me of why I should have taken some pains to photograph my first flower of it recently!

    Paphiopedilum Bailey's Bid

This cross is a steppingstone to smaller plants combining spotting and striping with the usually strongly dark pink pouch and attractively pink distal part of the petals. It's not intended as a stand-alone cross, though some of the flowers are very nicely colored.

    Paphiopedilum Bailey's Bid

Most of my Bailey's Bids are much brighter pink/red. I have bloomed about 6 of them now and have several more. Your photo has a strong greeny/blue cast. I assume the pink is warmer in "person" on your flower.

    Lawrenceanum var hyeanum

Looking for one - anyone have a division for sale of a plant whose bloom has been photographed? That's asking a lot, perhaps, but any leads on where I can get one would be appreciated!
