80 days of growth

This is my prized sanderianum that I have grown for 80 days in my care. I just love this plant and baby it everday and look for new growth: yes I do get the ruler out. As you can tell it is a slow grower. If you yourself has one you would like to share an image of, or if you were luck enough to bloom it, please share. In another 80 days I will post another image .

Given the climate you are in, do you grow these guys under an artificial light source?
I am wondering because I just started try to seriously grow some Roth’s and things for the first time. I have dabbled with one or two here and there but now I have about 30 various clones in my collection. Some I have outside and they look really improved after 2 1/2 months. They were a lighter green and were “floppy” on arrival. Now, it is a richer green color and these plants are more upright in their stance.
I am making plans to purchase an expanded light source to house them under come early October. Suggestions anyone???

My sanderianums get just sunlight. My other multi florals are under a spider farmer 4000.

Olso I have heard botanical leds are good. A orchid grower called here but not has a website with good articles

Here is an updated on the plant. In my opinion it has put out a ton of growth for a little more than a year and definitely for a sanderianum. The 80 days of growth post photo the newest leaf that is shown is now fully grown an extra leaf and a starting leaf are growing. There are new growth root tips everywhere in the pot. It also is putting out 2 new growths so I will have a multi growth Sandi!!!!

Any LED grow light will do. I have HLG 60 watt LEDs over my mature plants on 2×4 ' shelves. And single 4' 38 watt strips over seedling shelves (these are strong enough to bloom roths). I got the HLG lights from the local hydroponics shop, and the strips from The Orchid Hobbyist on Fb or from Lowes.

It definitely likes something you’re doing! So what is it that you are doing to make it so happy?

Apparently, it's all about roots. I've posted my net pot in a solid pot before. This combination creates a saturated air layer between the two pots stimulating the roots to grow through the net into the air layer.
I've also added a dash of urea to fertilizing and have noticed my multies picking up growth speed.

I also been exploring pot-in-pot with sands and have been happy with the results so far. Probably not practical for large operations but for valuable collections at home it seems to work well. Media (rockwool or bark) doesn't seem to matter as long as you water appropriately.
