I bought this from a local grower in February 2008. Incidentally, this plant went through my freeze in March 2008 without a scratch! Huh? It's in the same potting mix that it came in, which is a bark based mix with charcoal and perlite. It's so old and my greenhouse is so humid, that the mix is starting to grow moss on top.

It's a nice shape - yes; but, remember that is just a 2 1/4" pot. So, the flower is quite small. Personally, I'd like it if the dorsal was a bit taller. The NS of the petals is so wide, the dorsal is out of proportion to them.

That's an interesting one... (and yes, I must say also a nice one, but I have not seen any niveum so far from which I could not say that )
