Beautiful ! What medium is it growing in ? Fertilizer , etc..share your secrets !

It medium its a mix of fine pine bark , vegetal carbon , some moss and clay . I always feed the plant with a local algae fertilizer. I fertilize every time i water the plant, which is probably every 4 days. Windowsill grower , she seems to be happy!
