There are a number of judges and society members in the San Francisco Bay area who are interested in selling off large numbers of old AOS Bulletins and newers Orchids magazines, from the 1950s through the present. These are typically (although not always) bound and in very good condition. Getting magazines bound is quite expensive, so they are interested in recouping some of the money associated with the magazines, but are willing to take a loss. The cost for these bound volumes is $15 per volume.
These judges have asked me to "broker arrangements" between themselves and prospective buyers; please PM me for more information and to discuss the particulars of buying these items.
Neither myself nor the judges are willing to ship these items, and consequently buyers must be willing to pick these items up in the SF Bay area.
These are a wonderful reference; I have all the AOS Bulletins and they are a tremendous asset to growers interested in learning from history and in not repeating the mistakes of the past...
