Those little windows on the sides of the pouch is very interesting!
I don't like it because they remind me of shark gills, but I wonder how they help plants survival?
Any ideas?? Of course, we're talking about species besseae.

It is believed that the fenestres/fenestration is to make a window/light to guide the pollinator.
