This came out of a flask from Chuck Acker exactly 4 years ago. I believe the pollen parent has an FCC. It has been a slow grower for me and is still a small plant with only 4 leaves growing in a 3 inch pot, but it looks like I will get 3 blooms from this growth. The spread of the flower is 8 cm. The white blush at the center is light reflected off hairs. I think I will keep it and see what it looks like with a stronger growth.

Nice. I'm certain it will get even better on subsequent bloomings. The color is great. The petals are nice and full. Symmetry on the dorsal sepal and lip are a little off, but that's exactly the kind of thing that tends to improve (sometimes greatly) once a plant is more mature.

Thanks for sharing.

I really can see great potential here. This is a nice bloom, and it will only get better. Kudos for sticking with it. Very nice and open :)
