Big and a little horny

My Paph Makuli 'Antisana', has done quite well this year. It has matured two growths and has another 3 starts. For some reason it has developed a 'horn' on the on the one pouch and the other has a 'thumb' on its petal. Kind of looks like the one bloom is pointing at the odd protuberance of the others pouch

The NS is 17,5cm, with a spike length of 49cm
The plant now measures a leaf span of 42cm

Very nice flowers. Bigger than the one we see here in Belgium in garden centers. Maybe it is tetraploïd?
